AI image generation has been a rapidly evolving field, bringing with it an array of exciting tools and features that continually push the boundaries of creativity. One such tool that has recently stirred up a lot of excitement among its user base is the Midjourney 5.2 update. This latest version of the generative AI program has been rolled out with a promise of improved aesthetics and sharper images, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint.
💸 Databricks strikes $1.3 bln deal for generative AI startup MosaicML
Databricks said on Monday it had agreed to acquire artificial intelligence (AI) startup MosaicML in a mostly stock deal valued at $1.3 billion, marking Databricks' latest efforts to build an ecosystem for enterprises to use open-source AI models.
The deal comes at a time when AI is dominating the tech industry, with rapid AI thrusts coming from big tech, including Alphabet's Google (GOOGL.O) and Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O), and venture capital investors pouring billions into funding AI startups in recent months.
😶 Over 100,000 ChatGPT accounts stolen and sold on dark web
Thousands of ChatGPT users could be at risk of fraud, scams or cyberattacks after they were targeted by info-stealing malware, experts have revealed.
More than 101,000 stealer-infected devices with saved ChatGPT login details have been identified by Singapore-based cybersecurity firm Group-IB.
The company’s Threat Intelligence platform found 101,134 ChatGPT credentials tucked away within the logs of info-stealing malware traded on dark web marketplaces over the past 12 months, with more than a quarter of them coming from May 2023 alone.
